Associate Advisor, Educational Event/Marketing Coordinator & Administrative Assistant

As an Associate Advisor you are a self-starter and customer focused with a minimum licensure of active Nevada Life & Health licenses.

You enjoy working closely with clients, developing long-term relationships, constantly challenging & growing yourself, and providing superior customer service. 

You recognize the complexity and financial risk of being an independent advisor yourself and value the simplicity and benefits of working alongside a primary advisor, with company support to mitigate and minimize complexities and risks. 

Adam Goodman will work with you 1 on 1, identifying and putting in place company initiatives designed to your strengths, while you will also be able to benefit from supporting existing company initiatives. You will have office and marketing support as agreed to. Over time you will be given an opportunity to work with some of the firm's existing clients.

This individual is compensated in a performance based fashion, and should be on pace for making $100,000+ annually within the first year, with a truly uncapped income earning potential (although no income guarantees are expressed or implied).

We believe this opportunity is ideal for someone who desires a long term career in a client facing position within the financial services industry, and whose previous industry experiences hampered their success due to some or all of of the following:


Being a captive agent

Responsible 100% themselves to develop a clientele

Being an independent agent who has been bogged down by operations and/or marketing challenges

An independent agent that can't or doesn't want to make the monetary commitment to run their own practice

An agent who is great at marketing/prospecting, getting that 1st appointment, but struggles with financial planning, and/or presenting complex strategies in a way that clients feel comfortable and confident moving forward (getting a "Yes" at the 2nd or 3rd appointment).     


Minimum Requirements:

• 2 + years of Insurance/Financial Services experience in a client facing capacity
• Nevada Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 preferred
• Desire to work in a performance based capacity
• Responsible people person with great organizational skills & attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & Power point)

Positions we are always accepting resumes and expressions of interest for. Will consider part time for the right individual. 

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for answering phones, maintaining accurate database records, running quarterly reports and emailing or mailing them out to clients, email maintenance, appointment scheduling and confirmations, greeting of office guest as well as typical office duties such as printing, copying, laminating, filing, proof-reading, post-office runs. You will also support the advisors in tracking new business, preparing for client meetings and supporting the educational event/marketing coordinator. This is an hourly/salaried position with bonus potential. 

The Educational Event/Marketing Coordinator duties include applying creative skills (copy creation/editing, marketing design, PR) to financial services with the ability to plan for and execute logistically.

Including scheduling of events with local communities/facilities and maintaining contact up thru the event for final guest count, readying event materials, coordinating the food and drinks for the events (if applicable), setting up the event, greeting guests, assisting the presenter, gathering feedback forms and setting appointments with interested households, tearing down the event, etc...

You will also be responsible for post event communications and follow up which requires an interest in and knowledge of our services and how those services benefit individuals. You must be tactful yet caring, respectful yet confident in yourself, your colleagues and the company you represent.

You will also represent the company at community and business networking events promoting the companies services and upcoming educational workshops. 

This position is hourly/salary with bonuses for a non-licensed individual. For a licensed individual this position can be a combination of hourly/salary and performance based. Potentially a great position for someone who desires to grow into an Associate Advisor position, while being able to learn the ins and outs of the financial services industry and the entire client generation,service, support process.  

All support positions require up to date knowledge around and use of technology.

Excellent phone and organizational skills are a must.

Knowledge of RedTail CRM, Wix, Google, Constant Contact, ScheduleOnce is helpful but not required.
